参与学习共同体对提升高职学生社会与情感能力的研究

A Study on the Enhancement of Social and Emotional Competence in Higher Vocational College Students by Participating in Learning Communities

学习共同体对于提升高职学生的社会与情感能力具有重要的作用.在厘清学习共同体的概念内涵与特点基础上,分析了高职院校学习共同体的分类及其特点,并阐述了学习共同体促进高职学生社会与情感能力发展的内在机制.对高职院校学生参与学习共同体提升其社会与情感能力的实践,从学校组织与管理、教师角色与支持、学生自主参与合作学习三个层面给出一定对策和建议.
Learning community plays a crucial role in enhancing the social and emotional competence of higher vocational college students.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of learning communities,this paper analyzes the clas-sification and distinctive features of learning communities in higher vocational colleges,and elucidates the inherent mecha-nisms of learning communities to facilitate the development of social and emotional competence of higher vocational college students.For the practice of higher vocational college students participating in the learning communities to improve their so-cial and emotional competence,some countermeasures and recommendations are given from aspects of school organization and management,teachers'roles and support,and students'autonomous participation in collaborative learning.
