Collectivism is a fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.It not only contains rich psychological resources in promoting the healthy development of college students,but also helps to cultivate the emotional belonging of college students'family and country,internalize the sense of collective responsibility,and promote the joint development of college students'individ-ual freedom and collective emotion.Based on Durkheim's"group attachment",by improving students'sense of collective belonging to the class micro system,the campus micro system and the campus culture macro system,and the outer system of the network community,the collectivism emotion of college students can be cultivated in many aspects,the overall view of collectivism can be formed,and the the comprehensive development of the collective and the individual can be realized.
