Practice and Exploration of the Construction of"Double-Qualified"Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era:Exploration Based on Relevant Policies and Practice in Jiangsu Province
At present,there are some problems in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as the source of teachers,training system,identification standards,evaluation and evaluation.Based on the relevant policies and practical exploration of Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward the strategies for the construction of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges:scientifically planning the construction of teachers,improving the top-level design of"double-qualified"teachers'development;standardizing the policies and measures of teacher management,optimizing the structure of"double-qualified"teachers;deepening the reform of teacher assessment and evaluation,building a high-quality"double-qualified"teaching team with"moral and technical excellence",and continuing to promote the construction of a"double-oualified and double-competent"teachers.
