校企合作视阈下职业本科院校工匠精神培育的研究

摘要
对校企合作模式下职业本科院校工匠精神培育的现状进行了深入探索,阐述了当前职业本科院校在工匠精神培育方面所面临的问题及其产生的原因,并对如何有效促进工匠精神培育提出了针对性的策略和建议.通过研究,旨在为新时代职业本科院校提供有价值的参考,以期推动工匠精神的深入培养,进一步助力产业结构升级和国家竞争力的提升.
Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth exploration on the current situation of cultivating craftsmanship spirit in vocational undergradu-ate universities under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,expounds the problems faced by vocational undergraduate u-niversities in cultivating craftsmanship spirit and the causes,and puts forward some specific strategies and suggestions on how to effectively promote the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.Through research,it aims to provide valuable reference for voca-tional undergraduate universities in the new era,with a view to promoting the in-depth training of craftsmanship spirit,and further contributing to the upgrading of industrial structure and the enhancement of national competitiveness.
