Research on the Teaching Mode of Double-Qualified Teacher Workstation from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration:Taking Tourism Major in Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example
Based on teaching practice,this paper studies the basic connotation and operating mechanism of the double-qualified teacher workstation,analyses the teaching function of the double-qualified teacher workstation in higher vocational tourism majors,and summarizes the teaching mode of"the integration of teaching,learning and doing,synchronization of course teaching,enterprise production,and skill competition".The double-qualified teacher workstation is characterized by integration,com-prehensiveness,and development,and should become a dual-track training platform for school and enterprise teachers,a teaching innovation platform for school and enterprise cooperation,a platform for cultivating students'professional qualities,and a platform for the advancement of tourism enterprises.
