摘要

大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设是大中小学思政课一体化建设的重中之重.推动大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设需要在深刻理解其核心内涵、理性审视其面临的现实困境的基础上,通过激活教师主体动力、平衡师资供需结构、搭建有效研修平台、创新教师培养模式、完善合作交流制度等多方举措,最终实现教师理念一体化、师资配比一体化、专业素养一体化、师资培养一体化、教学互动一体化.

Abstract

The integrated construction of ideological and political teaching staff in universities,secondary schools and primary schools is the top priority for the integrated construction of ideological and political courses.To promote the integrated construction of i-deological and political teachers in universities,secondary schools and primary schools,it is necessary to deeply understand its core connotation and rationally examine the dilemmas it faces.By activating teachers'individual motivation,balancing the supply and demand structure of teachers,establishing an effective training platform,innovating the cultivation mode of teach-ers,and perfecting the cooperation and exchange system,we can finally realize the integrations of teachers'concepts,ratio,professional competence,cultivation and teaching interactions.
