高职学生职业胜任力评价指标体系构建研究——以电子信息类专业为例

以电子信息类专业高职学生为例,探讨构建职业胜任力评价指标体系.评价指标体系基于冰山模型理论,结合专家访谈结果,涵盖了专业知识、专业技能、职业价值观、个人特质和批判性思维五个维度,并设计了每个维度对应的胜任力要素.研究旨在为相关专业学生的职业胜任力培养提供科学的评价与培养框架,提升学生的核心竞争力.
Research on the Construction of Vocational Competency Evaluation Index System for Higher Vocational College Students:Taking Electronic Information Specialty as an Example
Taking higher vocational students from majoring in electronic information technology as an example,this study discusses the construction of professional competency evaluation system.Based on the Iceberg Model theory and the results of expert inter-views,this index system covers five key dimensions of professional knowledge,professional skills,professional values,per-sonal traits and critical thinking,and it designs the competency elements corresponding to each dimension.The aim of this research is to provide a scientific evaluation and cultivating framework for nurturing the professional competencies of students in related majors,and to enhance the core competitiveness of students.
