Research on the Realistic Dilemma and Path of High Quality Development of University Journals
The high quality development of university journals is an inevitable choice to establish"China's first-class sci-tech periodi-cals"and speed up the deep integration of publishing.The connotation of high quality development of university journals should include high precision positioning,high efficiency management system,high quality publishing content,high quality personnel and high level development mode.In view of problems in the running of university journals,such as the orientation of university journals is not clear,the homogeneity is serious,high quality manuscript sources are insufficient,content quali-ty is relatively low;the management system of the journal is not perfect,the quality of the examination and proofreading is difficult to guarantee;the structure of the editing team is unreasonable,the compound editing talents are not enough;the market operation power is not strong,and deep integration and development of publishing is insufficient,this paper explores the path of high quality development of the journal from elements of positioning,management system,content quality,talent team and development mode.
