Research on the Degree of Institutionalization in Multiple Forms of Scholarship Performance of University Faculty
To build multiple forms of scholarship pattern of university faculty is to realize the national and public objectives of higher ed-ucation and meet the law of post-modern knowledge development.This paper,based on the institutional-level framework the-ory and valuation principles,analyzes the degree of institutionalization in multiple forms of scholarship among university fac-ulty.The research finds that multiple forms of scholarship performance of university faculty demonstrates a pattern of dispari-ty,primarily reflected in the comprehensive leading of"Double First-Class"and a progressive strength of professional titles.Enhancing academic reward systems at all levels,strengthening faculty team collaboration mechanisms,and improving the institutional management level of universities are effective measures to promote the development of multiple forms of scholar-ship among university faculty.
