全面从严治党背景下高校党建工作考核评价体系的优化研究

摘要
全面从严治党背景下,许多高校对党建工作的考核评价体系进行了有益探索.通过对部分高校党建工作考核评价体系的内涵、考核程序和方式、考核结果运用等进行调研和分析,总结现有考核评价体系的成效、薄弱环节,提出考核对象应实现各级党组织责任全覆盖并明确考核重点;考核评价体系应不断动态调整以提高科学性和可操作性;考核结果应得到充分运用以推动高校党建工作进入良性循环.
Abstract
Under the background of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline,many colleges and universities have conducted use-ful explorations on the assessment system of Party building work.By investigating and analyzing the connotation,assessment procedures and methods,and the application of assessment results through the assessment system of Party building work in some colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the effectiveness and weak links of the current assessment system,and proposes that the assessment objects should cover responsibility of Party organizations at all levels with clear key points of the assessment;the assessment system should be dynamically adjusted to improve the scientificity and operability;and the as-sessment results should be fully used to promote the Party building in colleges and universities into positive circle.
