Research on PCK Structure of Higher Vocational College Teachers under the Background of Curriculum Ideology and Political Education
To raise the cultivation of higher vocational talents from the education of knowledge and skills to the focus of human develop-ment,it is essential to study the professional teaching competence of higher vocational teachers with the purpose of educating people,that is,to enhance the structure of Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK)for higher vocational teachers and high-light the value guidance of PCK.This research integrates ideological and political education into PCK,constructing a PCK structure that combines cognitive,affective,and moral dimensions.Based on this framework,a questionnaire survey method is employed to collect relevant data on higher vocational teachers'knowledge literacy,competency literacy,and moral litera-cy.Through quantitative and descriptive statistical analysis of the data,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,aiming to provide strong references for the professional development and teaching improvement of higher voca-tional teachers,so as to promote the organic integration of ideological and political education with professional education.
