Research on Paths of Improving Higher Vocational Teachers'Research Ability under the Background of Municipal Industry-Education Consortium:Taking Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry Technology as an Example
The municipal industry-education consortium provides a new platform for the integration of industry and education in voca-tional education,and puts forward new requirements for the research ability improvement of higher vocational college teach-ers.CiteSpace is used to sort out the knowledge map of subject words and summarize the research hotspots in the current re-search field.Then empirical research methods are adopted to investigate the current status of research ability among teachers at Changzhou Institute of Industry Technology,and data analysis is conducted using SPSSAU.On the basis of understanding the factors constraining teachers'research ability,improvement strategies are proposed,including improving incentive mech-anisms,providing policy support,deepening industry-education integration,building innovation platforms,optimizing re-search teams,creating talent highlands,purifying the academic environment,and stimulating intrinsic motivation for im-provement.
