Study on the Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies of Higher Vocational College Students'Learning Engagement from the Perspective of Self-System Model
From the perspective of self-system model,on the basis of clarifying the concept and connotation of learning engagement,this paper points out the internal and external influencing factors of higher vocational college students'learning engagement.Based on the review of relevant literature,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of higher vocational students'learning engagement from three aspects:learning engagement,learning environment and learning outcomes,and puts forward strategies to improve higher vocational students'learning engagement,including paying attention to and guiding the direction of students'learning engagement;improving the learning support system to improve students'academic self-con-cept;refining learning outcomes and introducing multiple evaluation methods.
