摘要
随着GenAI技术的迅速发展,高端装备运维领域正面临质量需求提升和结构调整等挑战.通过分析GenAI技术发展对人才培养的影响,包括行业趋势、人才需求变化和教育挑战,提出应对策略,包括更新课程内容、创新教学方法、加强师资队伍建设、产学研合作、完善梯度教育体系及普职融通策略.并以天津市某"双高"建设院校工业互联网应用专业群为案例,展示实际应用成效.
Abstract
With the rapid development of GenAI technology,the field of high-end equipment operation and maintenance is facing chal-lenges such as quality demand improvement and structural adjustments.By analyzing the impact of GenAI technology devel-opment on talent cultivation,including industry trends,changes in talent demands and educational challenges,corresponding coping strategies are proposed,including updating course content,innovating teaching methods,strengthening the construc-tion of teaching staff,integrating industry,academia,and research cooperation,improving the gradient education system,and the integration strategy of general and vocational education.Taking the industrial Internet application major group of a"double high-level"vocational college in Tianjin as an example,it demonstrates the practical application effect.
