新时代高校入党积极分子教育培养探索

摘要
结合我国近几年党员发展政策,探讨新时代高校入党积极分子的教育培养问题.通过对当前高校入党积极分子教育培养的现状进行深入分析,结合新时代的特点和要求,提出利用新媒体,打造微党课;完善志愿服务体制机制;注重心理健康引导等切实可行的改进措施,以期为高校入党积极分子教育培养提供有益的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the development policy of Party members in recent years in China,this paper discusses the education and cultiva-tion of the Party activists in colleges and universities in the new era.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the education and cultivation of Party activists in colleges and universities,combined with the characteristics and require-ments of the new era,it proposes that we should use new media to build micro-Party class;improve the volunteer service sys-tem and mechanism;pay attention to practical improvement measures such as mental health guidance,in order to provide useful reference for the education and cultivation of Party activists in colleges and universities.
