终身学习视域下高职院校学历继续教育的实践与探索

摘要
在终身学习的时代背景下,高职院校学历继续教育迎来了发展机遇.在厘清终身学习和高职院校学历继续教育的内涵、定位及意义的基础上,剖析我国高职院校学历继续教育发展的现状与问题,并提出了针对性的优化路径,旨在提升教育质量,满足成入学习者终身学习的需求,促进终身教育体系的完善与发展.
Abstract
Under the background of lifelong learning,academic continuing education in higher vocational colleges has ushered in devel-opment opportunity.On the basis of clarifying the connotation,positioning and significance of lifelong learning and academic continuing education in higher vocational colleges,we analyze the current situation and problems in the development of aca-demic continuing education in higher vocational colleges in China,and put forward targeted optimization paths to improve the quality of education,meet the needs of adult learners for lifelong learning,and promote the perfection and development of lifelong education system.
