The integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an urgent requirement for cultivating cre-ative workers in the new era,and it is also an important way to realize labor innovation.To labor-innovation integrated edu-cation,higher vocational colleges should build a complete organization and management mechanism to strengthen the top-lev-el design;construct a multi-linkage cooperative education operation mechanism to form a joint force;build a mechanism to improve teachers'integrated education quality to play the main role;establish a scientific and multidimensional quality evalu-ation mechanism to ensure effectiveness;and build a comprehensive support and guarantee mechanism to form a complete guarantee system,so as to promote the growth of higher vocational colleges students.
