文化堕距理论视域下大学生就业价值观培育的探索

文化堕距理论有助于分析时代环境的变化与大学生就业价值观之间的"失衡"现象,以该理论审视我国大学生就业价值观的培育,有助于理解大学生职业期望与社会经济发展现实之间的差距、大学生个人价值取向与社会价值之间的错位、传统观念与现代社会的冲突、学校理论教育与企业实践的脱节等问题.基于此,从学校、家庭、社会和个人四个层面,提出了优化大学生就业价值观培育的策略,以期对高校人才培养工作有所裨益.
Exploration on the Cultivation of College Students'Employment Values from the Perspective of Cultural Lag Theory
The theory of cultural lag is helpful to analyze the imbalance between the change of the environment and the employment val-ues of college students.Examining the cultivation of college students'employment values in China with this theory is helpful to reveal the gap between college students'career expectations and the reality of social and economic development,the dislo-cation between college students'personal value orientation and social value,the conflict between traditional concepts and modern society,and the disconnection between school theoretical education and enterprise practice.Based on this,from the four levels of school,family,society and individual,this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the cultivation of col-lege students'employment values,with expectation of being beneficial to the training of talents in colleges and universities.
