随着数字经济的快速增长和新一代信息技术的发展,教育领域正经历数字化转型,其中教师的数字素养成为提升教育质量的关键.相对于对公民的数字素养要求,应用型高校教师群体的数字素养突出了数字化专业、数字化教学以及帮助学生提升数字素养的特殊要求,需要采取加强教育培训、促进校企合作、完善评价与激励机制以及构建支持性学习社区等措施推动应用型高校教师数字素养的整体提升,进而提高学校的人才培养质量.
On the Enhancement of Digital Literacy of Applied University Teachers in the Context of Educational Digital Transformation
With the rapid growth of the digital economy and the advancement of a new generation of information technology,the field of education is undergoing digital transformation,in which teachers'digital literacy has become the key to enhancing the quality of education.Compared with the requirements for citizens'digital literacy in a digital society,the digital literacy of applied university teachers highlights the special requirements of digital specialty,digital teaching,and assisting students in impro-ving their digital literacy.It is necessary to strengthen education and training,promote school-enterprise cooperation,perfect evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and build a supportive learning communities to foster a comprehensive improvement of digital literacy of applied university teachers,so as to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in schools.
