高校优秀思政课教师何以养成:影响因素与作用机理

高校优秀思政课教师的养成对于提升思政教育质量及效果具有重要作用,厘清影响其成长的核心要素及作用机理则是培育优秀教师的前提.基于扎根理论方法对浙江省高校30名优秀思政课教师的文本材料开展质性研究发现,优秀教师的成长受人格品质、教育情感、自觉水平以及外界环境四重因素影响.其中,人格品质及教育情感是内驱力,构成教师成长的前因基础及动力支撑;外界环境是外推力,支持和介入教师发展行为;自觉水平则是内外力作用于教师发展的聚焦点,也是推动教师成长的直接现实力量.
How to Cultivate Outstanding Ideological and Political Instructors in Colleges and Universities:Influencing Factors and Mechanisms
The cultivation of outstanding ideological and political instructors in colleges and universities plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education.Clarifying the core factors and mechanisms that influence their development is essential for cultivating exceptional teachers.Utilizing the grounded theory method,this study conducts qualitative research on textual materials from 30 exemplary ideological and political instructors in universities in Zhejiang Province.The findings reveal that four factors impact the growth of outstanding instructors:personality traits,educational passion,level of awareness,and external environment.Among these,personality traits and educational passion serve as driving forces,forming the foundational basis and dynamic support for instructors'development;the external environment provides external impetus,support,and intervention for instructor development behavior;self-awareness level represents both internal efforts towards instructor development as well as direct realistic forces to promote their growth.
