Based on clarifying the core content of organizational support theory and the connotation of professional development of aes-thetic education teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper deeply analyzes the current difficulties faced by the profes-sional development of aesthetic education teachers in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the requirements of relevant policy documents from the Ministry of Education,it proposes feasible organizational support measures for the professional de-velopment of aesthetic education teachers in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:strengthening emotional support,enhancing the level of material support,strengthening career development support,and improving the evaluation system.
