Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Path of Private Enterprises Enabled by"Intelligent Reform and Digital Transformation":Taking a Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprise in Changzhou as an Example
In view of the challenges of private enterprises in the rapid development trend of information and digital technology,this pa-per explores the empowering role and significance of"intelligent reform and digital transformation"on the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.By analyzing the concept of"intelligent reform and digital transformation",based on the in-dustrial structure and practical needs of Changzhou manufacturing industry,this paper analyzes the policy background and value chain change characteristics of private enterprises,designs research methods for data collection,and takes a small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in Changzhou as an example to propose corresponding paths and suggestions,aiming to provide certain ideas and references for private enterprises to realize transformation and upgrading.
