A Study on the Path of Building Integrity Culture in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Fostering Virtue through Education
As an important battlefield for inheriting innovation and building advanced culture,higher vocational colleges are an impor-tant force in promoting the construction of an integrity culture in the new era.Strengthening the construction of an integrity culture in higher vocational colleges is a necessary move to promote advanced culture and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,there are still some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient understanding of the connotation of integrity culture construction,imperfect mechanism of promoting integrity culture construction,and insuffi-cient integration of integrity culture education and ideological and political education.Therefore,we should start from enric-hing the connotation of integrity culture education,innovate the carrier of integrity education,and form value identity.Based on the characteristics of the school,we should focus on optimizing the educational efficiency of various functional departments and promote the effective connection of the integrity education system;integrate the integrity culture into the whole process of education and teaching;activate the internal driving force of students'awareness of integrity;and cultivate a sense of integri-ty.
