The Effectiveness,Predicament and Improvement Strategy of Promoting the Industry Professor System in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example
Industry professors have become the link of industry-education integration and the bridge for school-enterprise cooperation.Taking Jiangsu province,which has been implementing the industry professor system in higher vocational colleges earlier,as the research subject,the study shows that the industry professor system has broadened the path for the construction of teach-ing staff,promoted the quality of talent training,and enhanced the transformation of scientific and technological achieve-ments.At the same time,it systematically analyzes the practical dilemmas of the industry professor system in terms of re-cruitment system design,operation mechanisms,the implementation of colleges and universities,and the coordination of en-terprises.Therefore,it proposes optimization strategies of improving the appropriateness of the industry professor system,en-hancing the adaptability of industry professors'work,improving the scientific nature of recruitment work in colleges and uni-versities,and stimulating the enthusiasm of enterprises'participation,so as to further improve the industry professor system in higher vocational colleges and provide strong support for the high-quality development of vocational education.
