The Practical Basis and Integration Path of Collaborative Education between Counselors and Ideological and Political Teachers in Private Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"
The concept of"three comprehensive education"is one of the important guiding concepts for the reform of ideological and po-litical work in colleges and universities under the new situation.As the main force of ideological and political education in private higher vocational colleges,the competency and collaborative education of counselors and ideological and political teachers will directly affect the quality of talent training.Through the analysis of the reality of the collaborative education of counselors and ideological and political teachers in private higher vocational colleges,we can deeply understand the internal causes of the obstacles faced by the collaborative education of the two teams,which is helpful for private higher vocational colleges to explore the targeted integration path that can stimulate the internal driving force of the two teams,and promote the efficient collaborative education of the two teams by strengthening ideological guidance,reshaping the ideological and politi-cal system,building a collaborative platform,and increasing teaching coordination,so as to improve the effectiveness of the"three comprehensive education"of private higher vocational colleges.
