摘要

职业教育现场工程师培养是培育能工巧匠、优化人才结构的关键举措.当前职业院校在现场工程师培养中还存在主体联动协同欠佳、培养效能亟待提升、资源支撑力度不够等困境.因此,高职院校应以多元载体为依托,形成紧密联动式培养主体;以三个"一体化"为框架,建立持续连贯式培养模式;以协同共治为基石,形成持久长效式保障体系,推动职业教育现场工程师培养项目的落实落地.

Abstract

On-site engineer training in vocational education is a key measure to cultivate skilled workers and optimize the structure of talents.At present,vocational schools still face difficulties in on-site engineer training,such as poor coordination and collab-oration of subject linkage,urgent need to improve training efficiency,and insufficient resource support.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should rely on multiple carriers to build a closely linked training subject;establish a continuous and co-herent training model based on the framework of three"integration";and with collaborative governance as the cornerstone,establish a sustainable and long-lasting security system to promote the implementation of the on-site engineering training pro-ject in vocational education.
