摘要
在"一带一路"倡议的背景下,梳理了我国高职院校来华留学生教育的发展现状及挑战,包括来华留学生数量、师资及管理水平、学历互认等方面存在的问题,提出了针对性的策略.强调需加大激励与扶持,适当扩大高职来华留学生规模;加强国际化师资队伍建设;突出高职留学生培养特色,推进高职教育学历互认,以期为高职院校来华留学生教育的高质量发展提供新思路与参考.
Abstract
Under the background of"the Belt and Road"Initiative,this study examines the current state and challenges of international student education in higher vocational colleges in China,including the problems such as the number of international students in China,faculty and management quality,and mutual recognition of academic credentials,and proposes targeted strategies of emphasizing the need to enhance incentives and support;appropriately expanding the scale of international students in higher vocational education;strengthening the development of an internationalized faculty;highlighting the distinctive fea-tures of higher vocational education for international students,and promoting the mutual recognition of higher vocational edu-cation.The aim is to provide new perspectives and references for the high-quality development of international student educa-tion in higher vocational colleges.
