基于亚像素技术的磁路同心度检测系统研究

针对磁路同心度检测精度和重复性要求高的问题,对常用亚像素级边缘检测技术进行了研究.结合生产制造环境下的磁路待测特征,设计了一套基于亚像素边缘检测技术的磁路同心度检测系统,并进行了检测算法及系统的总体设计,最终结合OpenCV实现了磁路同心度的检测.实验结果表明,检测系统重复测量精度在0.01 mm以内,优于检验室高精度投影仪测量系统,能够实现产品在线全检,满足磁路同心度检测的要求.
Research on Concentricity Detection System of Magnetic Circuit Based on Sub-pixel Technology
In order to meet the high requirements of measurement accuracy and repeatability for magnetic circuit concentricity,the com-mon-used sub-pixel edge detection technology has been studied.A concentricity detection system based on sub-pixel technol-ogy has been designed after taking the manufacturing environment and magnetic circuit actual features into consideration.The overall design of the detection system and detection algorithm have been given.Finally,the detection system is developed with OpenCV.The experimental results show that the repeatability precision is less than 0.01 mm,which is better than the high-accuracy projector in the laboratory.The system can realize the on-line inspection and meet the requirements of the con-centricity detection of the magnetic circuit.
