Research on FlexSim Simulation Software Facilitating the Intelligent Transformation and Digitalization of Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturing Enterprises in Changzhou
FlexSim simulation software is capable of precisely simulating and optimizing production processes,providing a powerful im-petus for the intelligent transformation and digitalization of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(SMEs).Through a questionnaire survey,this study analyzes the current production status and the demand for FlexSim simulation soft-ware among SMEs in Changzhou.FlexSim exhibits remarkable effects in optimizing production layouts,processes,and cost control,yet insufficient awareness among enterprises,a lack of technical talents,and cost considerations are the main factors hindering its widespread adoption.In view of this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as enhancing aware-ness and training,providing technical and talent support,reducing costs and improving efficiency,strengthening policy guid-ance and market incentives,so as to promote the popularization and application of FlexSim in SMEs in Changzhou,and help them to improve their intelligent transformation and digitalization process.
