A Study on the Path of Open Sharing of Large-Scale Instruments and Equipment in Colleges and Universities from a Comparative Perspective
This study reviews the experiences of developed countries and regions such as the United States,Japan,and the European U-nion in the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,summarizes their characteristics,and clarifies the inher-ent logic of open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.Through in-depth analysis from a comparative perspective,it points out the issues existing in the process of promoting the sharing of large-scale instru-ments and equipment in colleges and universities in our country,and proposes targeted optimization paths to advance open sharing:strengthening government guidance and overall planning for the allocation of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities;enhancing process management and improving the management system;refining personnel sys-tems and strengthening the construction of technical talent teams.
