This paper uses the PDCA cycle and quality trinity theory method to analyze the problems and causes of current archives data quality control process,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies:aiming at the utilization of archives,carrying out scientific and rational overall project planning;strengthening communication and collaboration to improve management level and business ability;establishing a comprehensive quality inspection system to improve quality inspection ability;emphasizing the documentation,preservation,and improvement of project information to improve the quality of archival data in an all-round way.
