Based on national regulations and relevant industry procedures,standards and technical criteria,this paper studies the key,difficult and important control measures for the special acceptance of archives during the completion and acceptance phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's Eastern and Central Route Phase I.It aims to provide references for practical work from the perspective of archival data governance,after fully understanding the project's archive management,the inspection and evaluation of design unit project archives,and the situation of special acceptance.
