The rise of data-driven technologies has sparked a societal shift in how we approach data governance issues.The modernization of archive data governance reflects the inevitable shift towards intelligent transformation in archive management,the growing need for high-quality development of archive utilization services,and the essential requirements for maintaining the integrity of archive data.Key to modern archive data governance is the active integration into national big data strategies,continuous enhancement of archive data governance methods,and unlocking the value of archives through semantic technology.In line with the modernization of data governance development,this article proposes practical directions for modern archive data governance focusing on empowering precise archive information services,establishing archive think tank services,and supporting cultural heritage development and protection.
