This article delves into the practical aspects of ideological and political education in universities and the administration of ideological and political archives.Using the Guidelines for the Management of School Ideological and Political Archives as a case study,it examines the principles,processes,and methods involved in developing local standards for archives.Furthermore,it explores how standardized management can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political archives,offering insights for the formulation of relevant local archive standards.
