This study utilizes qualitative analysis techniques to analyze academic literature,focusing on the development of archival informatization in the digital memory and digital humanities context.It compares these developments with the objectives outlined in'the 14th Five Year Plan'for National Archival Development,highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses of current practices.The analysis reveals the need to enhance the archiving of electronic documents and improve the processes of transferring and receiving electronic records within the framework of digital memory and digital humanities.
