电子文件智能归档系统设计实现的演进逻辑与优化策略

摘要
伴随档案信息化进程的发展,电子文件智能归档问题的研究逐渐成为我国档案学者们近年来关注的焦点之一.智能归档不仅需要明确归档范围作为制度保障,还需要文本、图像等相似度算法比对原理和机器学习算法等人工智能技术的支持.本文中所介绍的系统通过对拟归档文件进行智慧排查,经过系统内置清单、系统比对、四性检测合格后智能形成元数据,最终向档案管理部门办理移交.智能归档与一般电子文件归档方式相比,具有智能化、自动化、一体化、网络化等特点.
Abstract
With the development of archival informatization,the research on intelligent archiving of electronic documents has gradually become one of the focuses of attention for archival scholars in China in recent years.Intelligent archiving not only requires a clear scope of archiving as a guarantee for the system,but also requires the support of artificial intelligence technologies such as text and image similarity algorithm comparison principles and machine learning algorithms.The system introduced in this article intelligently checks the files to be archived,and after passing the built-in list,system comparison,and four quality tests,intelligently forms metadata,which is ultimately handed over to the Archives management department.Compared with general electronic document archiving methods,intelligent archiving has the characteristics of intelligence,automation,integration,and networking.
