供需平衡视角下档案数据质量问题形成机理研究

摘要
档案资源建设理念影响档案数据质量水平.文章分析了供给导向档案质量观和需求导向档案质量观的内涵及其局限,提出采用供需平衡视角来分析档案数据质量问题,指出档案数据质量是档案数据固有特性的客观性衡量与满足用户需求的主观性评价的统一,并点明从供给侧与需求侧共同提升档案数据质量.
Abstract
The construction concept of archive resources affects the quality level of archival data.The paper analyzes the connotation and limitation of supply-oriented and demand-oriented archival quality views,propose using a supply-demand balance perspective to analyze the quality issues of archival data,Pointing out that the quality of archival data is the unity of objective measurement of the inherent characteristics of archival data and subjective evaluation to meet user needs,and the paper also point out the joint improvement of archive data quality from the supply and demand sides.
