基于新质生产力发展理念的向新提质式档案数字化转型升级路径探讨

摘要
本文基于新质生产力发展理念,针对档案数字化转型升级问题,提出向新提质式建设思路.结合档案数字化转型要求,对新质生产力发展理念进行分析,归纳人才、创新、智能、资源、服务、价值六大要素,据此论述了档案要素角色的定位和向新提质式档案数字化转型升级面临的现实问题,提出了相应的转型升级路径策略,包括向新提质式新型档案馆员、科技创新式档案管理模式、创新应用式档案数字技术、档案数字技术提质升级应用、领域智库式档案智能服务和价值增值式档案投入供给等,为新质生产力发展理念下档案数字化转型发展研究提供参考.
Abstract
This article is based on the development concept of new quality productivity and proposes a new approach to improving the digital transformation and upgrading of archives.Based on the requirements of digital transformation of archives,this paper analyzes the development concept of new quality productivity,summarizes six major elements:talent,innovation,intelligence,resources,services,and value.Based on this,the positioning of the role of archive elements and the practical problems faced in the digital transformation and upgrading of archives towards new quality improvement are discussed.Corresponding transformation and upgrading path strategies are proposed,including the new type of archive librarians towards new quality improvement,scientific and technological innovation archive management mode,innovative application of archive digital technology,application of archive digital technology for quality improvement and upgrading,intelligent services of domain think tanks for archives,and input and supply of value added archives,providing reference for research on the digital transformation and development of archives under the development concept of new quality productivity.
