《黑图档·道光朝》所见盛京官地之建造用地管理

盛京官地之建造用地主要用于官房的修建.官房的修建工作已于康熙年间结束,至道光年间多为官房的维修等事宜.《黑图档·道光朝》中存在许多记载官房管理的相关档案,通过梳理,将其划分为人员管理、日常运营管理与纠纷处理三个方面.本文以《黑图档·道光朝》为基础,结合其他相关史料,论述盛京相关部门对盛京官地之建造用地的具体管理事宜及处理流程,以期为学界进一步研究盛京各部管理盛京官房的具体内容提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
The construction land of Shengjing official land was mainly used for the construction of official buildings,which was completed in the reign of Kangxi,and was mostly used for the maintenance of official buildings during the reign of Daoguang.There are many related files in Daoguang Period of Hetu Dangse that record the management of official buildings.By combing them,they are divided into three aspects:personnel management,daily operation management and dispute settlement.Based on the Daoguang Period of Hetu Dangse and other relevant historical materials,this paper discusses the specific management matters and processing processes of the construction land of Shengjing official land by relevant departments in order to provide reference for the academic circles to further study the specific contents of the management of Shengjing official buildings by various departments in Shengjing.
