文化遗产机构线上重大活动档案管理初探——以少林功夫网络考功大赛为例

摘要
重大活动档案管理的数字化、社会化趋势日益明显,文化遗产机构线上重大活动档案管理需求显著,本文以少林功夫网络考功大赛为例实施了相关调查和策略研究工作.大赛档案资源具有多源泛在、异构复杂和动态涌现特征,在档案收集、质量管控、数据转型等方面存在诸多难点.文化遗产机构线上重大活动档案管理应建立内外双循环的提升策略,不仅要健全治理生态营造,拓展重大活动档案治理空间,还要立足文化遗产机构档案工作基础,扎实推进档案规范管理.
Abstract
The trend of digitization and socialization of major event Archives management is becoming more and more obvious,and the demand for online major event Archives management of cultural heritage institutions is significant.This paper takes Shaolin Kung Fu online Games as an example to carry out relevant investigation and strategy research.The Archives resources of the competition have the characteristics of multivariate ubiquitous,heterogeneous complexity and dynamic emergence.There are many difficulties in Archives collection,quality control and data transformation.The Archives management of online major activities of cultural heritage institutions should establish an internal and external dual-cycle promotion strategy.It is not only necessary to improve the ecological construction of governance and expand the field of Archives management of major activities,but also to promote the standardized management of Archives based on the Archives work foundation of cultural heritage institutions.
