后保管模式在建筑企业信息资源管理中的应用研究

后保管模式理论从萌芽至今已经历五十余年,通过几代档案人的努力,不管是从理论上,还是内涵上都有了长足的发展.更是在本土化的演变中,为未来中国档案管理理论与实践提供了根本性的支撑.面对行业的下行趋势,建筑企业迫切需要通过信息资源管理提高运营效率、压降管理成本,用信息化实现企业的转型升级.两者的结合对提升建筑企业的效益和弥补后保管模式应用的不足具有重大意义.
Abstract
The post-custodial model theory has undergone more than 50 years since its inception,and has made great progress both in theory and content through the efforts of several generations of archivists.It has also provided fundamental support for the future development of Chinese archival management theory and practice in the process of localization.In the face of the downward trend of the industry,construction enterprises urgently need to improve operational efficiency and reduce management costs through information resource management,and realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises through informatization.The combination of the two is of great significance for improving the efficiency of construction enterprises and making up for the shortcomings of the application of post-custodial model.
