电网企业重特大事件档案资源管理路径研究

中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于加强重特大事件档案工作的通知》,要求加强重特大事件档案工作,为响应这一政策,文章从重特大事件档案的定义出发,阐述重特大事件档案管理的意义,对重特大事件档案管理的理论研究与实践现状进行分析,梳理重特大事件档案管理存在的经验与不足,并以国家电网四川省电力公司为例,率先对重特大事件档案的管理体系、专题数据库建设、信息化支撑等方面进行研究与验证,探索重特大事件档案管理的实现路径.
Abstract
The General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on Strengthening the archival work of major and extremely large Events(hereinafter referred to as the Notice),requiring strengthening the archival work of major and extremely large events.In response to this policy,this paper starts from the definition of major and extremely large event Archives,and expounds the significance of major and extremely large event Archives management.This paper analyzes the theoretical research and practice status quo of major and extremely large event Archives management,sort out the existing experience and shortcomings of major and extremely large event Archives management,and takes the State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company as an example to take the lead in researching and verifying the management system of major and extremely large event Archives,data construction of special database,information support and other aspects.Explore the implementation path of major event file management.
