新质生产力场域下非遗档案数据要素文旅价值开发研究——基于黄河号子建档传承视角

数据要素是推动数字经济的核心引擎.新质生产力场域下文旅产业经济发展方式已由传统要素转向数据要素,是数字经济发展赋能文旅产业的表征之一.黄河号子是诞生在黄河流域的民间歌曲,是生活在黄河流域劳动者的劳动之歌,2008年黄河号子(江河号子)正式入选国家级非物质文化遗产.本文以黄河号子非物质文化遗产建档传承为切入点,探究非遗档案数据文旅价值开发实现路径,为繁荣文化旅游促进经济发展提供数据要素生产力动力.
Abstract
Data elements are the core engine to promote the digital economy.The economic development mode of tourism industry in the field of new quality productivity has shifted from traditional elements to data elements,and the development of digital economy enables the cultural tourism industry.Yellow River Haozi is a folk song born in the Yellow River basin and the labor song of workers living in the Yellow River basin.In 2008,Yellow River Haozi(River Haozi)was officially listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.This paper takes Huanghe Haozi intangible cultural heritage as the entry point to explore the path to realize the value development of intangible cultural heritage archive data tourism,so as to provide data factor productivity driving force for the prosperity of cultural tourism and the promotion of economic development.
