AIGC视域下科学数据开放共享风险及对策——基于WSR理论分析框架

科学数据是国家战略性资源和重要生产力,基于AIGC技术将其开放共享顺应了开放科学和数字经济发展的趋势,有助于实现数据价值及增值,但同时也产生了不可避免的风险.本文基于WSR方法论,从"物理""事理""人理"三个维度构建了理论分析框架,在此基础上,分析了AIGC视域下科学数据开放共享的风险因素,并从技术治理、主体协同、伦理遵循三个方面提出了解决路径,以期为AIGC视域下科学数据的开放共享工作提供有益参考.
Scientific data is a national strategic resource and an important productive force,and its open sharing based on AIGC technology conforms to the development trend of open science and digital economy,which helps to realize the value and appreciation of data,but at the same time it also brings inevitable risks. Based on WSR methodology,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework from three dimensions:physics,reason and humanity. On this basis,it analyzes the risk factors of open sharing of scientific data from the perspective of AIGC,and puts forward solutions from three aspects:technical governance,subject collaboration,and ethical compliance,with a view to providing usefuI reference for open sharing of scientific data from the perspective of AIGC.
