The newly revised Archives law of the People's Republic of China puts forward higher requirements in the field of Archives opening. As the key link of Archives opening,Archives opening and auditing is facing great challenges. Therefore,it is necessary to establish and improve the accountability mechanism of open audit of Archives. Based on the analysis of the connotation,function mechanism and construction basis of the accountability mechanism of the Archives open audit,in view of the function mechanism,there are some difficulties in constructing the accountability mechanism of open file audit,such as the provisions of laws and regulations need to be detailed,the accountability subject of open file audit is not in place,the object of accountability of open file audit is not clear,the scope of accountability of open file audit is narrow,and the accountability procedure of open file audit is lack of standardization,etc.,put forward detailed accountability policies and provisions,the full implementation of accountability subject,a clear accountability object,adjust and enrich the scope of accountability and strict standards of accountability procedures and other measures,it is expected to provide reference for the construction of accountability mechanism of open audit of Archives.
