Public cultural services in Archives are one of the driving forces for the development of cultural undertakings. Under the national cultural digitalization strategy,the transformation and development of public cultural services in Archives have been presented with opportunities. The content of services is trending towards three-dimensional,the means of service are innovative,and the effectiveness of services is more inclusive. Based on the development requirements of the national cultural digitalization strategy,this paper proposes strategies to promote the transformation of public cultural services in Archives. It points out the need to identify user needs and adhere to the orientation of cultural services;focus on resource construction to consolidate the foundation of cultural services;build service platforms to create cultural service spaces;provide high-quality content to promote the unification of dual effects.
