In the era of information economy,the opening of disciplinary inspection and supervision archives is a necessary way to realize its value. Compared with other types of archives,disciplinary inspection and supervision archives and their value have different particularities,and their openness also has particularities. This article proposes six principles of openness based on laws and regulations such as the Archives Law,the Confidentiality Law,the Supervision Law and the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information,combined with the characteristics of disciplinary inspection and supervision archives. These principles include open review,discretionary disclosure,fairness and impartiality,objective accuracy,legality and compliance,and convenience and ease of use,forming a principle system for the openness of disciplinary inspection and supervision archives. Following these principles can effectively ensure the scientific and rational opening of disciplinary inspection and supervision archives,and is conducive to realizing the social value of disciplinary inspection and supervision archives.
