Health record informatics involves multiple disciplines such as medicine and informatics,with a focus on the principles and methods of effectively managing health record information using information technology and data governance theory. This article focuses on the specific contradiction and issue of data integration and privacy protection,and proposes a full lifecycle governance strategy for health record information. By analyzing the principles of health record informatics,propose challenges and technical strategies for cross institutional data integration,including data standardization,blockchain management,etc. In terms of privacy protection,strategies for the application of data encryption,access control and other technologies,as well as legal and regulatory adjustments,were proposed,and future trends in technological development and interdisciplinary cooperation were discussed.
