This article explores the logic of using generative artificial intelligence technology to empower the development and utilization of archive resources,including data-driven approaches,algorithmic approaches,and application-oriented approaches. Taking the smart healthcare of large public hospitals as an example,this article analyzes the practical innovation strategies of technology empowering the development and application of archive value from the perspectives of archive role transformation,intelligent management,intelligent assistance systems,personalized health management,medical research,and educational support,providing construction ideas for promoting the intelligent governance of archives and the coordinated development of smart healthcare.
