On the basis of analyzing the current situation of Archives work in colleges and universities,artificial intelligence technology is deeply embedded to provide reference for the frontier exploration of university Archives work practice. Through the analysis of the challenges of university Archives work and the application of artificial intelligence technology,it is found that the application prospect of artificial intelligence in university Archives work is broad,and the effective development path and optimization strategy are put forward. The effective application of artificial intelligence builds a foundation for the development of university Archives. This paper puts forward the development path and implementation strategy of intelligent management of college Archives,intelligent service for college teachers and students,intelligent decision-making assistance,intelligent Archives compilation and research.
